Dr. Gittis specializes in neuroscience. He teaches Behavioral Neuroscience, Learning, Neural Networks, the Neuropsychology of Mind and Cognition. His research focuses on memory organization and the neural basis of choice. He co-directs the interdisciplinary Neuroscience major with Dr. Corrette- Bennett of the Biology Department.
